What an incredible week it has been welcoming all of our students back to school! The playground and classrooms are buzzing with enthusiasm. We really are so grateful to all the parents for all the work you have done with your children over the past couple of months. Whilst there have been some challenges, we have all embraced this new learning style together, demonstrated resilience, growth, courage and respect.

During the past few weeks we have loved having the opportunity to use digital technology in new and exciting ways. We hope to continue with this journey, and encourage all parents to stay connected via Seesaw, and also to use TEAMS if you need to have a ‘face to face’ conversation with your child’s teacher/s.

On Tuesday the 16^th of May, we will be holding our School Association Annual General Meeting at 7pm. Due to the current restrictions we will be doing this online via the following Zoom link: https://tasedu.zoom.us/j/66437671337?pwd=ZXNvMFBPbWVKUzI1eFRlYUhZVXg2dz09 (this will also be advertised via Facebook and Seesaw closer to the date). This is a great way of joining without having to leave the comfort of your house! We have several members retiring at the AGM and will be looking for new members to join this very important group, including executive members (e.g. Secretary & Treasurer) If you would like to have a voice in your children’s education or have some ideas for fundraising we encourage you to nominate via the following form. I am happy to second any parent, grandparent of community member who is willing to join.
