NATIONAL TREE DAY
The SRC have been working hard to think up ideas to support our goal of sustainability and one idea was to support National Tree Day.
So, on Friday 31st of July our school recognised School Tree Day, which is a part of National Tree Day (Sunday 2nd August). To celebrate this day the SRC will be planting trees and shrubs later in the year (September). We also organised a dress up day, asking staff and students come dressed as a tree.
You can support Tree Day at home by planting a tree and talking about the importance of trees.
