On the last day of Term 3 Ms Innis shaved all of her head as she had set a challenge to raise over $1000 for the Leukaemia Foundation "World's Greatest Shave" event. The total raised ended up being $3889.68. This money will serve many people!! All of the school are very proud of how much money Ms Innis raised, and we are proud of everyone who donated.

The whole school gathered on the Music Room deck to watch the SRC spray many of our teachers' hair with coloured hairspray. Cleo and Luke then shaved Ms Innis' hair off. The best way to describe the actual shaving is 'hair going everywhere!' as the wind had picked up some of the hair and blown it all over the garden. The event was so big that even The Mercury and 7 News did reports on it!  

Ms Innis was very brave to shave her head and have a new look. We think that what motivated Ms Innis was all the children there, cheering her on. All of the students were so excited for this event. We would all like to say thank you to everyone for helping and donating. And thank you to Ms Innis for displaying so much COURAGE!
