Lindisfarne Primary School Association Committee Nomination Form

The School Association has 6 parent, 1 community and 3 staff member vacancies for the 2019 committee. Positions are for a period of 2 years.

Nominations for these vacancies close on Wednesday 20^th March.  If there are more nominations than vacancies, elections will be held at the first committee meeting.

• Completed forms can be emailed to: lindisfarne.primary@education.tas.gov.au, mailed to the school or handed in at the School Office. Please check all details carefully as incomplete forms will not be able to be accepted.
