Term Two Parent/Carer Preference for Learning form

IMPORTANT: Help your school to plan teaching and learning for your child/children

To help us plan for Term 2, please let your us know how your child/ren will be engaging at school for the first five (5) weeks of Term 2 by completing this form.

Providing your advice now will enable your child’s teacher to plan for their class in Term 2. Schools understand that circumstances may change. If this occurs, please provide the school with 24 hours notice.
