Enrolment applications for Kinder 2025 are now open for children born in 2020. Contact the school office for enrolment forms.

Lindisfarne Primary School offers classes from Kinder to Grade 6. Enrolments for Kindergarten can be taken in the 12 months prior to the child starting school. Automatic acceptance is given to students living within the Lindisfarne Primary School Intake Area. The map below shows that area:

When enrolling your child for the first time, please supply their Birth Certificate/Passport and Immunisation History, as well as Evidence of Identity for the enrolling parent. If you do not have a Birth Certificate for your child, application forms are available from any Service Tasmania shop, or via the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages website. Parents of Tasmanian born students have a fallback option of signing a consent form (available from the school office) authorising the Department to ask the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages to verify your child’s identity and date of birth, however no Birth Certificate will be issued.

The application for enrolment is incomplete until evidence of identity for your child is provided.
